About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled creative copywriter to join our small and ambitious team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Creative Directors to shape our creative vision, deliver day-to-day projects, and manage national and global campaigns.
Responsibilities include:
1. Demonstrate conceptual thinking, brand storytelling, and campaign development
2. Prior experience and well-rounded skills in conceptual thinking, attention to craft, and the ability to create case studies from insight to results
3. Lead the strategic and creative development of ideas from inception to delivery across various campaigns, including earned media ideas, in-store activations, social media, radio, and new product development
4. Engage in briefs big and small, exciting and less exciting, with a level structure where everyone helps as needed
About You:
You will be a proactive individual who can build on existing processes and partnerships to help elevate our in-house agency to new levels of excellence.
* 5+ years of experience in a creative agency or related environment
* Relevant qualifications in Marketing/Communications/Advertising preferred
* Your background as a Creative Copywriter, with broad conceptual campaign experience will see you succeed in this position (Note: We're not looking for SEO, editorial or wine specific writers)
* Be knowledgeable with the latest campaigns, cultural trends and implementation of AI and abreast with technological developments
* You will have strong ability to generate ideas with communication skills across varied audiences ranging from refined, serious wine drinkers to young social sippers (able to deliver a range of styles - emotive, serious, fun and funny)
* You will be a charismatic writer who understands the audience and knows how to make them stop and listen
* Be a great collaborator, communicator & presenter with this ability to manage time and prioritize
