**Job Title:** Water Infrastructure Team Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our water team. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing project delivery, resource allocation, and business outcomes for water projects of varying scale and complexity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and grow a team of water engineers, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and technical excellence.
* Manage project delivery, resource allocation, and business outcomes for water projects.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to the implementation of client strategies and CRM plans.
* Prepare and review technical reports, design deliverables, and planning studies.
* Take a hands-on role in winning new work, writing proposals, and leading pursuits.
* Recruit new team members and develop internal networks.
* Champion safety, environmental processes, and risk management across all projects.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (required).
* 10+ years' experience in water engineering, including formal leadership roles.
* Proven track record in managing project scope, budgets, and teams.
* Experience in business development, proposal management, and strategic planning.
* Strong client-facing skills and the ability to resolve project-related issues.
* Demonstrated knowledge of risk management, ethics, and safety.
* Ability to balance innovation, quality, and technical excellence with timely delivery.
