We're seeking a talented sales professional to join our team and help drive the growth of our indoor plant business. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our eCommerce platform, collaborating with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns, and providing exceptional customer service in-store.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain our eCommerce platform - update product listings, process online orders, and monitor stock levels.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns that align with our business strategy.
* Engage warmly with customers and deliver exceptional service in-store.
* Offer expert recommendations to help customers find the perfect plant or gift.
* Merchandise and maintain a beautifully presented retail space.
* Package and prepare gift hampers and care packages.
* Process sales accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
* Availability for 3-4 shifts per week (including occasional weekends).
* Strong retail sales experience or horticultural knowledge (nursery, florist, or similar).
* A genuine passion for plants, design, and creating standout customer experiences.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Confidence using eCommerce platforms.
* A keen eye for detail and organisation.
* Familiarity with gardening, horticulture, or sustainability industries is highly desirable.
