Description
About this opportunity
We're seeking a Project Manager across a broad range of experience levels – from emerging PMs ready to grow and develop in their career, to seasoned Senior PMs who are already established in their field. At Spiire, we value potential as much as experience, and we're committed to helping you build your career, no matter what stage you're at.
Whether you're a developing PM looking to take on your first end-to-end projects with guidance, or a Senior PM ready to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs, we'll tailor your responsibilities to match your skills, experience, and career goals. We encourage curiosity, initiative, and continuous learning, and our collaborative environment means you'll be supported by designers, engineers, and experienced project leaders as you grow.
You'll be working with designers, civil engineers, construction administrators and project managers to bring to life complex land developments, civil engineering projects and masterplanned communities right through design and construction phases.
This role will see you:
1. Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and development partners, ensuring expectations are clearly managed and communication is seamless.
2. Support the full design process from initiation through to delivery, managing programs, budgets, and discrete tasks along the way.
3. Collaborate closely with design leads and technical specialists, contributing to the design space of development projects.
4. Navigate a diverse workload, from quick-turnaround problem-solving to structured project management activities.
About you
You are a Project Manager with a proven track record successfully delivering land development projects and associated infrastructure. You thrive in an environment which provides you with a breadth of responsibility and role diversity. You will come to us with:
5. Exceptional communication and relationship building skills – establishing relationships are fundamental to our business and what we value most.
6. Experience in land development, civil design, construction, contracts administration or water engineering.
7. Confidence working with developers and stakeholders, including receiving and responding to feedback constructively.
8. Ability to work across high-stake projects where attention to detail and clear decision-making matter.
9. Strong written communication and the ability to interpret complex information.
10. Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite, PDF sketching tools, and general platform literacy (e.g., Google mapping tools).
11. A passion for teamwork and collaboration; fostering a multidisciplinary approach to projects.
12. Proactive in your approach and can think outside the box to problem solve when needed.
Our Culture, Our Difference - Where Passion Meets Purpose
At Spiire, we believe our culture is our difference. We're a forward-thinking, people-centric organisation that recognises the importance of working as one team towards a common goal. As a successful and growing employee-owned business, we recognise and reward the contributions of our people and provide real opportunities and pathways for career progression.
Here's a snapshot of what's on offer:
13. Structured internal training programs, knowledge sharing forums and mentoring opportunities.
14. A team that truly values their employees, providing a clear and structured career path.
15. Health and wellbeing events promoting physical and mental wellbeing.
16. An extension of leave benefits including study leave, volunteer days and floating public holidays.
