How You'll Make an Impact
* Champion Educational Progress: Introduce schools to resources and solutions that inspire teachers, engage students, and raise achievement.
* Drive Positive Change: Identify and connect with new schools to expand access to world‐class educational tools.
* Empower School Communities: Work closely with school leaders and teachers to overcome barriers to success.
* Be a Trusted Advisor: Guide schools through the evolving education landscape, ensuring they have the right solutions to meet their goals.
* Inspire Customer Engagement: Work with existing clients to unlock untapped potential, training, coaching, and motivating staff.
* Drive Sales & Promotion: Build strategic relationships with key decision makers and promote Pearson's products.
* Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with Marketing Managers, Content teams, and other key stakeholders.
* Leverage Technology: Use sales tools (Salesforce, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office) to maximise impact.
What You'll Bring
* A growth mindset and curiosity—keen to learn consultative sales.
* A genuine interest in education and technology, and motivation to help schools improve outcomes.
* A bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Education, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
* 2–3 years of experience in sales within education.
* Early experience in customer‐facing roles (retail, hospitality, tutoring, customer success, or sales) or a strong desire to start a sales career.
* Strong communication skills—comfortable presenting, listening, and tailoring messages to different audiences.
* Organised and proactive—able to plan your week, follow up reliably, and work toward clear goals.
* Confident using technology (CRM tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Office/PowerPoint) and willing to learn new systems quickly.
