We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Factory Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Aussie Crates' in Welshpool, Western Australia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production and exceptional product quality.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate the docking team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
* Monitor and maintain quality control procedures throughout the docking process
* Coordinate and maintain timber yard
* Provide hands‐on support and guidance to team members as needed
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and integrated manufacturing process
* Promote a safe and positive work environment for the team
Qualifications
* Experience as a Supervisor in a manufacturing environment
* Ability to work effectively in a team and lead by exampleReliable and punctual
* Strong understanding of safe work practices
