About the Role
Permanent, full‐time opportunity for a Grade 4 Pharmacy Technician Team Leader – Compounding Services. The role requires flexibility with working hours, including after hours and on‐call, and travel across Northern Health campuses and partner organisations.
Responsibilities
* Manage the day‐to‐day operations of technicians within the compounding suite.
* Collaborate with the Senior Pharmacist – Compounding Services to provide oversight and training in accordance with department requirements.
* Develop and maintain local guidelines and processes that ensure safe and efficient production of compounded products in line with regulatory standards.
* Work collaboratively with the Pharmacy Department to achieve strategic outcomes.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years full‐time experience as a qualified Pharmacy Technician.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in aseptic production.
* Experience supervising and developing staff, including Pharmacy Technicians.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Well‐developed self‐management skills, including the ability to meet timelines and prioritise competing demands.
