Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures for all solar projects
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of solar facilities to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Provide HSE training and support to employees, contractors, and stakeholders
- Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with HSE requirements throughout project lifecycles
- Participate in HSE reviews and risk assessments for new projects
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, occupational health and safety, engineering)
- 2+ years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the energy sector
- Excellent knowledge of relevant HSE regulations, standards, and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly desirable
