Handy Industries is a privately owned Australian company that specializes in both laminated benchtops and cut-to-size kitchen componentry. Located in Kingston, this full time role is available for a Dispatch Coordinator with a positive attitude and high level of initiative and responsibility and takes pride in delivering quality services.
This role will see you undertaking all of the following:
- Preparing and managing daily delivery runs for 3 internal delivery drivers
- Ensuring all products are delivered in full and on time
- Assisting customers with enquires
- Filing documentation in line with company policy and procedures.
Skills & experience required to succeed in this role include:
- Previous industry experience an advantage
- A commitment to safe working practices
- Be able to take initiative within the role
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- High Level of attention to detail
- A positive energy & enthusiasm for your work
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with customers and staff
- Problem solving abilities
- Ability to prioritise and to process a high-volume of tasks over multiple jobs.
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
