About the Role
As a laboratory professional, you will be responsible for conducting analysis of juice and wine in accordance with standard laboratory procedures.
* Conduct testing of all juices and wines and report any results not within specification
* Assist with maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and precision
* Undertake cellar operations, including grape receival, crushing, fermentation activities, barrel work and juice or wine transfers
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for undertaking analysis of juice and wine samples
2. Assist with daily cellar operations and maintenance tasks
3. Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall production goals
Requirements:
* Basic knowledge of winemaking processes and laboratory procedures
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
