The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and working with our teams to deliver tailored risk transfer solutions.
The role involves retaining and growing a portfolio of clients, developing effective client relationships, providing timely and accurate client advice, and identifying risk opportunities.
Key requirements include a minimum of 3-5 years of general or financial lines insurance broking, Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification, clear communication skills, critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
* Deliver best-in-class risk solutions for Public Sector clients within Tasmania.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Develop and maintain effective client relationships.
* Provide timely and accurate client advice.
* Identify risk opportunities for your client portfolio.
