Role Overview
We currently have an opportunity for a Corporate Boardroom Coordinator (internally titled Client Service Coordinator) to join our Perth team on a full‑time, permanent basis.
Hours: 7.30am‑4pm with flexibility to work outside normal working hours when required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate client meeting rooms, including arranging and ordering catering for internal and external meetings and ensuring efficient setup of food and beverages.
- Provide beverage service (tea, coffee, barista) and offer catering for all client and internal meetings, seminars and functions.
- Coordinate staff and catering kitchens, maintain hygiene and cleanliness, monitor kitchen equipment and report any required servicing or repairs.
- Control stock of goods and culinary wares for kitchens, conference rooms and breakout areas.
- Housekeeping and general administration.
Qualifications
- Barista experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and high degree of professionalism.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
- Confident with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and cope with changing priorities.
- Team player, able to work well with others to achieve team or task‑specific goals.
