Financial Records Specialist

The Financial Records Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and hotel policies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate financial records, including income, payments, and bank transactions.
* Record and reconcile daily financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
* Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
* Collaborate with internal departments to maintain financial discipline and cost control.
* Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.

Requirements:

* Minimum two years of experience in a similar position.
* Experience in a hotel finance team is highly regarded but not required.
* Working rights in Australia are necessary.
* A self-motivated and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
