Physiotherapist - Onsite + Work from Home
* Permanent Part-Time or Full-Time opportunity:Minimum 10hrs per week, Monday to Friday (no weekend work!)
* Location:South of the River - onsite across Canning Vale, Palmyra, O'Connor and surrounding suburbs
* Remuneration:$90k–$100kFTE (based on experience) + PD Allowance + Super
We're seeking an engaging and experienced Physiotherapist with a strong background in musculoskeletal care to join our Perth team, delivering occupational rehabilitation and physiotherapy services onsite.
This permanent role is ideal for a clinician seeking flexible onsite work across Perth. Onsite morning and afternoon shifts are available Tuesday to Friday, scheduled between 7:00am and 7:00pm across multiple client sites. In addition to onsite work, we can build in early‐intervention telehealth hours around your onsite shifts, with the opportunity to increase your overall hours up to a full‐time role if desired.
Working across a range of clinics onsite in organisations, you will collaborate with organisations and their employees to prevent & manage injuries within the workplace, driven by the belief that happier and healthier people perform better. You won't be stuck in the same 4 walls of a clinic everyday - you will be out on the floor with workers, consulting with health and safety professionals and be actively involved in proactive initiatives in the workplace. Being a Physio at Axis allows you to use your interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills, without being hands on with patients all day AND still doing what you love but in a more sustainable way, that way you can be a Physio for many years to come.
Responsibilities
* Provide onsite Physiotherapy and occupational rehabilitation to employees in the workplace
* Create & support innovative early intervention physiotherapy and wellbeing services for our customers
* Closely consult and collaborate with both employees, managers and organisations to support a happy & healthy workforce
* Participate in and contribute to a strong team culture across the Axis team, both locally and interstate.
* Enhance Axis' reputation as a market leader in providing onsite Physiotherapy and rehabilitation services.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a musculoskeletal or private practice Physiotherapist (at least 18 months)
* Completed Bachelor of Physiotherapy
* Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Agency (AHPRA)
* Professional indemnity insurance
* Full Australian working rights
* Australian drivers license and access to your own private vehicle
