About The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead the delivery of electrical installation, maintenance and repair works across our operations in the Pilbara, Mid‐West and Gascoyne regions. In this role you will oversee day‐to‐day activities, ensuring all works are completed safely, in line with State regulations, AS/NZS standards and to a high‐quality standard. You will lead and support a team of electricians and subcontractors, coordinate work schedules when required, manage resources and budgets, and ensure projects and work orders are delivered on time and to specification. A key part of the role is developing your team through ongoing coaching, training and support while maintaining strong compliance, safety and performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day‐to‐day electrical maintenance service delivery and compliance requirements
* Support and develop the electrical trades across multiple regions
* Define work order scope and specifications
* Ensure compliance with service levels, KPIs and HSEQ standards
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong service delivery outcomes
* Manage customer service interactions and resolve escalated issues
* Monitor subcontractor compliance and performance
* Deliver accurate and timely reports to management
* Ensure all compliance and regulatory data are maintained and submit it as required
* Audit and inspect sites and system performance to identify potential areas of improvement
About You
To be successful you will be an experienced Electrical Supervisor or Leading Hand with strong technical knowledge and a proven ability to support teams in a maintenance or project environment. You are highly organised, safety‐focused and committed to delivering quality outcomes while building strong stakeholder relationships. You will bring a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering quality outcomes without compromise. You are a people‐focused leader who can motivate, support and uplift the electrical trades while providing first‐class customer service and maintaining a strong commitment to safety. Including:
* Strong knowledge of electrical compliance, codes and standards
* Proven experience in safety administration and HSEQ practices
* Experience managing regulatory and compliance requirements (utilities or similar)
* Exposure to ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
* Strong written and verbal communication & organisational skills with the ability to lead teams and work autonomously
Electrical Qualifications
* Completion of the below modules, issued by an approved RTO within the last five years:
o General Legislative Requirements & Establishing a Contracting Business
* OR Current/recent experience as a Management Representative on an Electrical Contractor (EC) Licence
* OR Current electrical contractor qualification or licence (WA or equivalent interstate/NZ)
* OR Previous appointment as an Electrical Inspector (WA) within the past five years
You will also have:
* Current and valid C Class Driver's Licence
* Willingness to complete a comprehensive medical and national police check
* Construction White Card
