The working hours will be 8.00 am - 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
**About the job**:
This role falls in both after-sales and customer service so you will be working directly with our customer sales team as well as our fitting technicians. You will be tasked with a range of duties from customer service, processing warranty information, following up with customers in relation to outstanding information, providing solutions, and other relevant tasks.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Assisting customers who may have warranty claims or require some technical knowledge.
- Administration work by entering orders in our production.
- Assisting sales by offering additional products to customers
- Administration work for vehicle fittings
**To be considered for the position**:

- Previous aftersales experience would be preferred, (All training is provided)
- Great computer skills - you will be using multiple systems

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
