Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations of assigned departments, driving customer satisfaction and financial performance.
* Optimize team productivity through workforce management and skill development.
* Hold a high performance, customer‐focused culture via role modelling, communication, feedback and recognition.
* Effectively delegate tasks to minimise operational activities and maximise customer service focus.
* Lead, empower and inspire team members towards the development of future Myer leaders.
* Use customer insights to guide departmental strategy.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Retail Manager, Area Manager or equivalent, preferably in Fashion/Retail.
* Strong people‐leadership skills with a hands‐on approach.
* Proven ability to lead teams, achieve targets and monitor KPIs.
* Experience in performance management and team development.
* Customer‐focused with superior customer service skills.
* Strong retail, financial and business acumen.
* Excellent time‐management skills with ability to prioritize and meet timelines.
