Commercial Sales Leadership Role
Your Reformer is an innovative, fast-scaling fitness solutions provider redefining the Pilates experience by bringing studio-quality reformers and digital fitness offerings into homes, gyms, and commercial spaces.
We are transforming how fitness and wellness are experienced across the world with our premium product design, proprietary software, and strategic global partnerships. Our mission is to make reformer Pilates more accessible and empower movement through innovation and meaningful partnerships with health clubs, boutique studios, and wellness operators globally.
This leadership role will oversee commercial growth across the Australasia region, focusing on gyms, health clubs, and wellness facilities. You will shape and execute a sales strategy that integrates digital and hardware offerings, positioning Your Reformer as a leading brand in connected fitness solutions.
The ideal candidate will drive new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and develop a scalable digital-first sales approach. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
You will work closely with the CEO and Global Commercial Team to align regional objectives with global growth initiatives. Representing Your Reformer at key industry events is also a key responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the APAC commercial sales strategy
* Define and achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals for the AU/NZ/ASIA market
* Identify opportunities to integrate digital subscriptions and connected fitness offerings with hardware sales
* Work closely with the CEO and Global Commercial Team to align regional objectives with global growth initiatives
* Represent Your Reformer at key industry expos and trade events across the APAC region
Skill Requirements:
* Proven experience in B2B commercial sales leadership in fitness, wellness, or connected equipment industries
* Strong understanding of the APAC fitness and gym sector
* Demonstrated success in integrating digital and hardware solutions in sales models
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
* Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams
* Strong data-driven mindset; proficiency in CRM systems
