We are offering an outstanding opportunity for a motivated and self‐directed person, with excellent contract administration experience, to join our residential contracts and prestart team as a Contracts Administrator.
Responsibilities
* Preparing and finalising contractual documentation including HIA Contracts, Price Coverages and Variations
* Manage and track jobs through the pre‐construction system, checking all contractual documents for structure, content, consistency, and accuracy
* Preparing and Lodging Planning and Building Applications
* Assessing and prioritising workflow to ensure required time frames are met
* Liaising with Salespersons, Draftspersons, Estimators, Shire, Engineers, Financial Institutions and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate the timely progress of the job
* Mentoring, supporting and assisting team members within Contracts Department to deliver team and department outcomes
* Undertaking general administrative functions with high complexity as required in the day‐to‐day operations of the Contracts and Prestart
* Preparing new Job Files including PDA and PPA documentation for Sales Consultants ensuring accuracy
Qualifications
* Good Construction knowledge with at least 3 years of experience in residential construction
* Ability to read and understand Surveys, Site Plans and Sketch plans
* Post‐secondary qualifications relevant to construction administration
* Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills
* Sound computer literacy skills in relevant fields, including MS Office, Outlook, Project Management Software and DocuSign
* Ability to prioritise tasks and organise a busy workload
* Capacity and willingness to work in a team‐oriented environment
