We are looking for a Cluster Concession Manager who connects with our vision and joins the conversation by launching our legacy, communicating our message and creating an elevated customer and team experience, across our Parramatta, Penrith, and Burwood Concession Pads.

About the role
* Work with Leadership to build an effective and profitable portfolio
* Create an elevated in-store experience through every customer interaction
* Motivate and mentor the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators
* Empower the team through ongoing training and collaboration
* Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and business reporting
What we're looking for
* Experience in a similar role supervising teams of up to 5 staff
* A supportive leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success
* Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPIs and be in line with budgets
* An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising
* Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
