Road infrastructure is essential for the smooth operation of our daily lives. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that civil infrastructure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

* Assist with the management of resources, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal resources for projects.
* Assist with programming and managing the short-term works program.
* Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of activities and implement continuous improvement.
* Support and assist with building cohesive, effective teams with assistance from project Supervisors.
* Assist in identifying training activities for field staff and coordinate and/or participate in performance review process for project staff.
* Assist estimating team(s) in tendering and estimating phases for projects and/or minor works.
You will have the opportunity to work on various projects across Queensland, including civil infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the activities of multi-functional work crews to ensure efficient performance across the works program.

To thrive in this role, you will need to have:
* A Certificate IV in Project Management and accredited Frontline Management qualification.
* Experience in road project activities.
* The ability to plan and manage project management principles and methodology to achieve project outcomes.
