About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SMP Supervisor to lead and coordinate teams across site and workshop activities.
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule and to specification. You'll be supervising trades, managing workflow, and maintaining strong quality and safety standards across a mix of maintenance, shutdown and project work.
You'll also play a key role in keeping communication flowing between crews, project teams and clients, while resolving issues and keeping jobs moving.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate trades across piping, mechanical and structural works
* Ensure work is completed in line with drawings, specifications and procedures
* Plan and monitor daily activities to keep projects on track
* Maintain strong focus on safety, compliance and quality
* Liaise with project teams to support delivery outcomes
* Identify and resolve on‐site issues as they arise
* Complete reporting and maintain site documentation
What We're Looking For
* Trade Qualified
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within SMP environments
* Ability to read and interpret drawings and isometrics
* Strong understanding of safety and compliance requirements
* Good communication and team leadership skills
* Reliable and able to manage competing priorities
