BioMar Australia, a world leading producer of high-performance and sustainable aquaculture feed, is seeking a dedicated part-time Fulfilment Coordinator (0.6 FTE) to join our growing team on the stunning northwest coast of Tasmania.

What Does the Part-Time Role Look Like?
Reporting to the Fulfilment Manager, you will work part-time (0.6 FTE) to support the efficient flow of our high-quality fish feed products from warehouse to customers. You'll coordinate with customers, internal departments and external suppliers and couriers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Process orders, verify accuracy, and select efficient fulfilment methods.
- Delivery Coordination: Prepare shipments, schedule deliveries, and track progress.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, maintain records, and assist with stocktakes.
- Customer Communication: Respond to inquiries and provide delivery updates.
- Reporting & Documentation: Generate reports and maintain accurate records.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment.
- Warehouse Support: Assist with stock movements and reporting.
Is This You?
- Experience in order processing, logistics, supply chain, sales support, or sales administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Experience with warehouse management system is highly regarded.
