We are currently seeking a reliable and caring Overnight Support Worker for shifts in the Tamborine area.
What You'll Do
* Actively supervise clients throughout the night to maintain a safe and calm environment
* Respond promptly and supportively if the client wakes or needs assistance
* Assist with toileting or mobility needs to ensure comfort and dignity
* Record all overnight observations and activities accurately
* Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless, consistent support
About You
You are reliable, observant, and confident working independently in a care environment.
* Compassion, patience, and reliability
* The ability to stay alert and responsive during overnight shifts
* Confidence working independently in a client's home
Requirements
* Certificate III in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, or currently studying nursing/health
* Current First Aid & CPR certification
* Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
* National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Full working rights in Australia
