We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at a luxury resort located in a remote location.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have diplomas in Beauty Therapy or Massage and at least 2 years of experience in delivering treatments, managing reception duties and ensuring guests receive a professional welcome.
* Deliver high-quality spa treatments to guests
* Manage front-of-house duties
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guests feel welcomed
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform various spa treatments including massages, facials and body wraps
2. Manage the spa reception area, handling bookings, payments and guest queries
3. Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, adhering to health and safety standards
