About the role
Based in Kalgoorlie, this role supports our Project Manager in coordinating and delivering civil construction projects across the region. It's a hands‐on, varied position that sits across project admin, site operations, and client liaison.
This role is ideal for someone highly organized who enjoys being across the detail and is looking to grow into a full Project Coordinator or Project Manager role over time.
Your role
* Conduct site visits and report on site conditions
* Liaise with clients, including site walkthroughs, inspections and measurements
* Manage QA documentation (concrete, traffic control) and ensure compliance
* Coordinate materials, procurement and deliveries
* Schedule crews, manage mobilisation and accommodation logistics
* Monitor subcontractor compliance and reporting
* Assist with estimating, scheduling and project invoicing
* Provide day‐to‐day support to the Project Manager
About you
We're looking for local to Kalgoorlie or the surrounding region who is motivated to build a long‐term career in civil construction. Ideally, you'll bring solid experience in project coordination, construction admin or similar – however we're open to considering candidates with some exposure who are driven eager to develop and ready to grow into the role.
* Experience in project coordination, construction admin, or operations support (preferred)
* Exposure to the construction or civil industry (essential)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A proactive, hands‐on attitude and willingness to learn
Highly regarded:
* Experience in civil, concrete, or roadworks environments
* Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or similar
