A global organisation specialising in delivering heating, cooling, and energy, ensuring the busiest cities and the most remote locations have support whenever and wherever they need it.
**The Role**
Starting ASAP, this role reports to the Recruitment Manager, and you will be part of a small team that significantly impacts the business.
You will also be responsible for:
- Partner with your team to generate ideas, leverage resources, and contribute to sourcing strategies effectively.
- Promote the company brand during all sourcing activities.
- Where appropriate, attend hiring manager briefing calls, ensuring you agree and understand the brief, timelines and other relevant information.
- Ensuring all stakeholders adhere to company policies and procedures.
- General HR administrative tasks.
**The Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you will have or be working towards tertiary qualifications in Human Resources. Additionally, you will have at least 2+ years of experience in an agency or internal recruitment. Ideally, you will have experience with technical & operational, mining, engineering, or FIFO roles.
Working with a global team, you will be flexible when connecting with your manager and colleagues. Flexible working arrangements allow you to start later in the morning whilst being available for a call or online meeting a little after AEST business hours.
