Your new role: In this dynamic role, you will support the delivery of exceptional customer and client experiences while overseeing business operations, ordering, allocation, and commercial activities for the Queensland Tissue Bank.
Working with a high degree of autonomy, you'll help drive service improvements, support staff development, and strengthen QTB's systems and processes.
Key responsibilities include: Coordinating administrative support for clinical services and providing guidance to junior administrative staff.
Monitoring, reporting, and improving customer activity, workflow efficiency, and data integrity.
Supporting business development functions including finance reconciliation, quality audits, and process improvement initiatives.

Knowledge of (or the ability to acquire) organ and tissue banking services, specialised software systems, and business operations processes.
Skills in marketing and communication activities, with familiarity in medical terminology highly regarded.
