Job Description
* Provide person-centred care duties that cater to the individual needs and preferences of each resident.
* Assist with medication administration (if competent) and wound dressing as required.
* Support residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Encourage and facilitate residents' participation in activities they enjoy.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
* A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or working towards).
* Ability to provide person-centred care duties.
* Desire and willingness to empower residents to continue doing things they love.
* Compassionate care skills driven by empathy and understanding.
* Experience in aged care desirable but not essential.
* Current First Aid Certificate desirable.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
* Highly motivated team player with a strong commitment to providing quality care.
* Availability to work various shifts across different days.
