As a key contributor to the Pega Solution Consulting team, you will work closely with the Pega Sales team Account Executives in our Canberra Federal government team, Customer Success Managers, Professional Services, Business Officers and other groups to ensure the successful execution of our sales strategy. Our Solution Consultants are technically curious strategic thinkers with a customer centric mindset and most importantly, strong team players and keen to support other sales teams nationally from time to time.

What You'll Do At Pega
* Work with the account team to create and execute sales visions for mission‐critical systems at our government clients
* Understand and articulate business problems from key customer stakeholders to translate them into powerful, impactful visions of what could be.
* Lead the development of demonstrations aimed at solving critical, complex problems to make our customers the hero.
* Build meaningful technical relationships with our customers to become trusted advisors. Enable and empower our customers and partners to champion Pega's value.
Who You Are

Passionate about people & technology! You have technical/business experience in client-facing roles such as pre-sales, consulting, technical enablement, or software application development.

* You have worked extensively in government
* You demonstrate a strong Growth Mindset—embracing curiosity, continuous learning, and adaptability in a fast changing technology environment.
* You are comfortable speaking about AI with confidence and conviction, and you view AI as an enabler to improve outcomes rather than a substitute for sound engineering principles.
* You are curious and passionate about driving meaningful impact to our customers, partners and Pega.
* A great communicator who is unafraid at being thrown ambiguous and nebulous problems.

* Are able to articulate the value of a solution – able to articulate why something has been built, not just how.

* Australia Citizen, Based in the Canberra Region
What You've Accomplished
* This is a Senior Technical Sales role – we are looking for someone with proven enterprise technical sales experience in Government, ideally 5 to 10 years' experience, in this space.
* If you have prior Pega experience – this is a big bonus, but not a prerequisite we offer great academy training to get hands on into the product, as well as a supportive team environment as you learn your way around it.
* This role is in the Federal Government space which has its own nuances – we are looking for someone who deep experience working in this domain
* Delivered POCs and custom demonstrations and educated customers on product capabilities
* 4-8 years of thought leadership in technology and developing solutions and selling enterprise software solutions
