About this Role:
We seek a seasoned professional to lead our regional service delivery team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a regional service delivery strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a regional service delivery strategy
2. Lead, mentor, and develop regional teams encompassing technical pre-sales, customer onboarding and activation, technical support, and product adoption specialists
3. Ensure the technical pre-sales team effectively articulates the value proposition of our software
4. Oversee the smooth and efficient onboarding and activation of new customers
5. Drive the delivery of high-quality and timely technical support
6. Develop and implement strategies to drive product adoption
