Your New Role
You will be responsible for:
* Providing administrative support to the Internal Review Branch, including managing inboxes, calendars, and appointments.
* Assisting participants and applicants through the internal review process with clear communication and guidance.
* Conducting research and analysis to support decision-making and improve review outcomes.
* Preparing meeting documentation, drafting written communications, and maintaining accurate records and databases.
* Triaging and processing incoming internal review requests, escalations, and related work types.
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve moderately complex enquiries and contribute to continuous improvement.
What You Will Need to Succeed
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
* A solid understanding of disability services, including relevant policies, procedures, and participant rights.
* Experience in administrative support roles, ideally within the disability or social services sector.
* Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret legislation and policy frameworks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills, capable of managing competing priorities.
* A compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting individuals with disabilities,
The Logistics
* 12-month contract with possibility of extension or permanency.
* Hybrid working arrangement.
* Hourly rate of $ super.
* Opportunities based in Geelong, Parramatta, Newcastle, and Hobart.
* Australian Citizenship is required.
