Reporting to the Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for the efficient batching and loading of concrete, active participation in the day-to‐day site operations, and proficient operation of both plant and mobile equipment.
Responsibilities
* Accurate batching of orders to specified mix designs with dedicated programs and systems
* Safe operation of front‐end loader to weigh up materials for batching
* Managing day‐to‐day administration including stock control of raw materials and monthly forecasts
* Participation in safety initiatives including pre‐starts, toolboxes and incident reporting
* General yard housekeeping and maintenance
Qualifications
* Interest in the concrete industry – full training will be provided
* Sound computer skills working with multiple systems and safety reporting
* Flexibility and willingness to cover several responsibilities across the plant as required
