Senior Human Resources Advisor is responsible for managing and executing daily HR activities across multiple sites. The role involves providing generalist HR support, advice, and coaching to employees, frontline managers, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide HR support and advice on human resource management issues.
* Develop and implement initiatives that improve engagement, communication, and business results.
* Manage day-to-day HR activities such as counselling and grievances, recruitment, organisational development, and other policies and procedures.
