About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional researcher to join our team and contribute to advancing foundational models in AI. As a Senior Research Scientist, you will play a key role in shaping our AI research agenda and delivering practical, scalable impact.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
* Conducting research that supports the development of foundational models across various AI domains
* Designing and running experiments to test hypotheses, improve model behavior, and assess real-world performance
* Translating theoretical research and academic papers into robust, production-ready implementations
* Collaborating closely with ML Engineers to scale models and integrate them into our product ecosystem
* Staying up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and open challenges to inform our research direction
* Sharing your knowledge internally through documentation and cross-team collaborations, and externally through papers or talks where appropriate

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Solid expertise in machine learning, particularly in areas like LLMs, vision-language models, generative AI, or multi-modal systems
* A publication record or evidence of research impact in academia or industry
* Experience contributing to research projects from problem formulation through to deployment
* A collaborative mindset and ability to work well with engineers, product teams, and other researchers
