Federal Government client is looking to engage the services of an experienced ServiceNow Developer on a long term contract.
Key duties and responsibilities
* Custom portal development with UI Builder or React framework ensuring secure integration with ServiceNow APIs and government data models.
* Perform advanced customisations including Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts Script Includes, Client Scripts, workflows custom tables and reports.
* Integration and ServiceNow scripting (Glide, Java Script, Ajax, XML, JSON, HTML and CSS).
* Advanced workflow development and customisation.
* Advanced Playbook development.
* Advanced CSM development and customisation.
* Escalation of issues and risks within team structure.
* Respond to reported problems, performing fault diagnosis, analysis and rectification tasks.
* Provide or assist in the analysis of enhancements as requested by business areas.
* Support, design, configure, test and implement ServiceNow functions and methods.
