About your new role
Located in Busselton, the Kitchen Hand provides friendly, attentive and efficient service and products to valued customers. The Kitchen Hand assists in the delivery of high‐quality products while adhering to Aurum policies and procedures.
Roster
The role works a mix of morning and afternoon shifts between 6am and 8pm with availability to work weekends.
Duties
* Deliver consistent high‐quality customer service to internal and external customers to prescribed standards.
* Prepare food and beverage products to standard operating procedures.
* Complete cleaning tasks as prescribed by SOPs or directed by the Chef on duty.
* Advise the Chef on duty of any catering‐related issues and needs.
* Attend team meetings as required.
Skills and Experience
* Align to Aurum values.
* Work both autonomously and as part of a high‐performing team.
* Passion for delivering great service and eye for detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Good understanding of HACCP/food safety programs.
* Cert III in Cookery or Hospitality (desirable).
* Capacity to lift up to 20kg.
* Willingness to undergo a pre‐employment medical.
* Ability to pass a National Police Check; NDIS if required.
