ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in our Wangara head office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Partner with leaders on recruitment, retention and organisational development.
* Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain talent.
* Drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
* Provide guidance on employee relations, workers compensation and industrial relations matters.
* Lead enterprise agreements and represent the business in Fair Work matters.
* Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and compliance frameworks.
* Manage performance review processes and support leaders with performance management.
* Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of the HRMS system.
* Monitor employee feedback and implement initiatives to improve engagement and retention.
* Lead, mentor and support the HR team.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 10-15 years' experience working within the HR function.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term needs with long-term objectives.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
* MUST hold valid Australian Working Rights.
