The Role
Your job is to make people feel safe, seen and supported – while confidently guiding them into memberships, packs and services that help them long-term. You'll:
Wrap clients in red light therapy
Assist with pre/post body measurements
Guide them into the Hocatt ozone chamber
Keep everything spotless
Educate clients on the value of ongoing sessions
Track performance against clear KPIs
You'll also coordinate staff shifts and work closely with management to keep the centre buzzing.

Experience You'll Likely Have
7–10 years customer service
3+ years sales in a goal-driven environment
Ideally from health/wellness, fitness, beauty or spa
Confident with EFTPOS, CRMs, socials
Strong personal organisation and reliability
