Overview

Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Sales Specialist based in the Central Queensland region (Mackay, Emerald, Moranbah, etc.). You will maintain, develop and grow revenue and awareness of our Power Generation and Temperature Control products and application solutions throughout the QLD Bowen Basin Mining arena.

Responsibilities
* Be available to travel throughout the central QLD region, including overnight stays.
* Build personal knowledge of Aggreko's new products.
* Develop new customers within mining and heavy industry, promoting our power generation and temperature control solutions.
* Elevate the business's customer experience by delivering expert assistance in addressing technical inquiries via the sales department.
* Support clients across the entire scope of sales, including business development, product introduction, project design, and project/site delivery.
* Formulate a technical application sales plan for the allocated region, focusing on advising clients of the breadth of our range and hybrid and low‐emission solutions.
* Accelerate new product utilisation, responsible for the allocated budget and growth goals.
* Liaise with Aggreko technicians and management to provide technical solutions for both low‐ and high‐voltage applications.
* Conduct regular customer visits in the allocated region to provide excellent customer feedback.
Qualifications
* A driven professional with a proven track record in an industrial sales role or an industrial trades position.
* Technically proficient with industrial products related to mining equipment or power generation (familiarity with greener energy solutions is highly regarded).
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving capabilities.
* Ability to grow professional capabilities in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Dedicated to safety, quality, and customer experience, with familiarity of industry regulations and standards.
* Understanding of factors critical for successful new product introduction and integration.
* Basic proficiency in project management.
