IEA Employment Consultant - Corio

APM Employment Services invites applications for the IEA Employment Consultant position at our Corio site, part of the Inclusive Employment Australia Program.

About the role

Are you passionate about supporting people with disability to secure employment that could change their life? Do you have a knack for identifying an individual’s employment match?

As an Employment Consultant, you will support participants with disability to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Find the perfect match: support participants with disability to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment.
- Boost confidence: help participants see their strengths, overcome obstacles, and take on new employment with renewed purpose.
- Shake things up: provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges, ensuring every participant has the tools and support for success.
- Advocating: be an advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments.
- Celebrate the moments that matter: celebrate every successful placement together with participants.
- Build lasting connections: form partnerships with companies passionate about diversity and inclusion, ensuring everyone has a chance to shine.

Qualifications

- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
- A MyGovID (Standard level).
- Willingness to complete a National Police Check.
- Ability to pass a Working with Children Check.
- Available to work full‑time Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
