What You'll Do
* Lead end-to-end CRM strategy and execution across email, SMS and push
* Build and optimise lifecycle programs, segmentations and automations
* Own reporting, performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
* Present results and insights to stakeholders across marketing, product and operations
* Manage and develop a small CRM team, supporting their growth and capability uplift
What you'll need
* 5-7+ years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience in fast-paced B2C environments
* Strong grasp of campaign performance metrics and how to move them
* Confident using CRM platforms, analytics tools and customer data to drive personalisation
* Leadership experience, with a passion for coaching and collaboration
* A bias for action and a track record of delivering results at scale
