About the role
As a Field Delivery Telecommunications Trainee, you will work alongside a mentor offering you ongoing coaching, support and mentoring during your traineeship. You will get hands‐on training while providing our customers with a great experience by activating and assuring telecommunications / technology products and services, in homes and/or businesses.
You will actively participate in a diverse team environment to deliver the optimum customer and commercial outcomes aligned to Telstra's Behaviours & Habits and corporate strategy.

To be considered for the prospect, you will need the following skills & attributes
* Hold a current driver's licence.
* Physically fit for the role.
* The ability to undergo pre‐employment medical and drug alcohol screening.
* Ability to undertake a police check.
* Professional and polite communication.
* Enjoy working in a team environment.
* Positive attitude and safety‐first approach.
* Be technically minded.
Qualifications
As a Trainee Technician you will be provided Telecommunication Technology CertIII training during the traineeship along with relevant certifications and/or licensing for the location you reside in.
* No prior qualifications needed.
* Language, Literacy and Numeracy assessment undertaken by RTO.
