Job Description:
This pivotal role oversees daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, stock replenishment, and maintenance of store standards.
* Store Operations:
o Manage the day-to-day operations of the store including staff supervision, scheduling, and training.
o Oversee cash handling, banking, and sales reporting processes.
o Maintain accurate records of store inventory, sales, and expenses.
* Team Leadership:
o Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise a high-performing team to meet performance standards.
o Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and staff development.
* Customer Service:
o Ensure all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
o Resolve customer complaints effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Sales and Merchandising:
o Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth.
o Stay updated with market trends to ensure the store remains competitive.
* Financial Management:
o Manage store budget and control costs to achieve financial targets.
Requirements:
* Experience: Proven experience as a Retail Manager preferably within a pharmacy environment for candidates aiming for the higher salary bracket.
* Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.

Working Conditions:
* Full-time position requiring availability for 5 days a week potentially including weekends.
