The Lakes Entrance shop is looking for a Retail Assistant Manager to support our Shop Manager in growing a vibrant and hardworking team, managing trade and creating a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Support the Shop Manager in day-to-day operations.
* Lead and mentor the retail team.
* Achieve sales targets and drive retail sales.
* Manage stock control and inventory.
* Handle competing priorities and tasks.
* Engage in self-development and continuous improvement.
