About the Job
This position involves providing assessment, therapy planning and intervention to adolescents and young adults aged 10-24 with disabilities. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, flexibility and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that maximize participant goals and NDIS funding.
2. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals to achieve optimal results.

4. Promote continuous learning and professional development through regular training and education.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent.
* Current registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
* Valid driver's license and NDIS Workers Screening Check.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
