The Role:
As Assistant Store Manager, you will lead the team and bring the Harris Scarfe experience to life by creating a warm welcoming store environment and delivering on sales service and team culture.
* Support the Store Manager in all areas of the business
* Lead by example setting high standards in service safety and presentation
* Train coach and support your team to build skills and confidence
* Oversee stock handling merchandising and compliance processes
* Maintain a collaborative and inclusive team culture
* Foster a customer-centric approach every day
Your Skills and Qualifications:
You are a hands-on leader with a passion for retail and people. With strong communication and great attention to detail, you know how to get the best from your team and keep the customer at the heart of everything you do.
* Previous experience in leadership or supervisor roles with retail or hospitality
* A people-first mindset with strong coaching and team-building skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Confidence in visual merchandising and store presentation
* Organised and efficient with strong administrative skills
* Full availability including weekends and full working rights in Australia
