The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
As the Customer Service Officer, you will be the core link between sales, production, and the customer:
* Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
* Handle all customer enquiries courteously and advise of any potential delays.
* Be the main point of contact for both customers and internal employees.
* Maintain regular and effective communication with sales, production, and scheduling teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and met in a timely manner.
* Liaise with despatchers to effectively reduce costs while maintaining optimum service levels.
* Consistently seek and implement process improvements.
About You
We are looking for a resilient, meticulous, and communicative professional:
* Previous experience in a customer service or similar role is essential.
* Highly comfortable managing high volumes of phone communication in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly liaise with stakeholders at all levels (from site staff to project managers).
* Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills are essential.
* Exceptional attention to detail and high-level proficiency in MS Office and Google applications.
* Desirable: Experience in precast or concrete is a bonus, but not essential; full training will be provided in ordering systems and product knowledge.
