You'll deliver evidence-based care, support smooth transitions and build strong recovery pathways as part of our multidisciplinary team.
Plan goal-focused exercise programs with clients and teams Deliver safe, evidence-based interventions across sites Manage varied and at times complex rehab caseloads Support early discharge and hospital-avoidance pathways Guide AHAs/students and strengthen collaborative care About You You're a collaborative, client-focused Exercise Physiologist who brings sound judgement, clear communication and a commitment to evidence-based rehab care.
You work well in a team, stay organised and adapt to routine through to more complex presentations.
