Job Title: Key Account Sales Manager
This senior-level sales position is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding relationships with existing and new clients through effective contract sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resource Optimization: Allocate resources, oversee account management, ensure timely achievement of sales targets, execute performance management policies, and drive business planning initiatives.
* Resource Development: Foster the growth of team members through training, mentorship, and coaching; lead presentations and business reviews with account executives; oversee compliance with quality standards.
* Sales Enablement: Maximize CRM tool utilization for opportunity tracking, task management, key customer data logging, and reporting; facilitate seamless communication and information exchange between teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
